I like my potatoes mashed (chunky), baked (with cheese and sour cream), and as french fries (steak fries are the best). Sweet potatoes are great, too.

I like them as French fries but when it comes to the actual potato itself, I'm not particular so long as it isn't soggy. Soggy food is a pet peeve of mine.

Bake potatoes are my favorite, but I'm not picky at all since I love potatoes. 

I like: 

• scallop potatoes
• sweet potato pie
• mash potatoes
• potatoes in stews/gravy, etc.
• french fries

Ooooooooh tough choice here, didn't think fries would be in the equation. I think I have to go with french fries, they are so satisfying to eat and great from many places. Very close second place has to go to mashed potatoes. Bit trickier to make really well, but when done well, they are glorious. Especially with gravy. :3
