Greetings!

A warm welcome to my introduction thread! My name is Treeglow Flicker. But you probably already knew that from the bold writing above my currently blank avatar. :P

How did you find the MLP forums?

The very boring answer would be through Google while I was searching for pony related forums to hang out in. I've actually been browsing through the various areas and topics of these forums for the past couple of days to get a feel for them. The current Making Christmas Merrier event you have going on right now is awesome by the way! But yeah, I liked what I found and decided to sign up here and to get to know folks.

How you became a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic
I became a fan back during Season 1 of the show. One of the things I like doing is reading online comic strips and back then, references to ponies kept coming up within some of the comic strips I was reading. It fueled my curiosity enough to look into the show and the first ever clip I stumbled across was this one:

As soon as I saw that clip I knew I had to watch the show properly. Pinkie Pie pretty much sold it to me in just that one clip. At the time though, I think the show was already halfway through the first season, so I started from episode 1 and kept watching until I caught up.
