Yes, but not nearly as often. I would probably still eat junk food and candy pretty regularly, though an occasional meal would be nice. You can't expect me to entirely give up stuff like ribs and fried chicken.

No, I don’t often like eating and prefer drinking over eating. So if I can live without food, that would be great.

Absolutely not. I’d save so much money going to the store. I barely buy much food as is and I still pay a lot of money. 

My grandmother and I go shopping together and everytime we mention how little food we buy yet how much we pay.

It’d be great to not have to eat.
