Element Switcharoos

If the show were to introduce the concept of "switching Elements" so often brought up in the fandom, what would be the most fitting and believable way from them to do it if everypony had a different Element?

Here's what I think:

Pinkie Pie= Honesty. 

Rainbow Dash= Laughter. 

Rarity= Magic.

Twilight Sparkle= Kindness.

Applejack= Loyalty. 

Fluttershy= Generosity.

I've heard that a lot.... but I don't really see RD being honest THAT much. I honestly think Laughter's more suitable for her.
