Tell us, what was the moment that you think you had the MOST luck in life?

I think my most luck moment was when I crossed the street, and the traffic light turned red, and then I ran across. I almost got hit by a car :okiedokieloki:

The only thing I can think of was when I got a jackpot on this casino game while back on my first try.

You mean lucky?

Getting a Double Penetrating Unkempt Harold (Best variant of the best weapon in the entirety of Borderlands 2, according to the community) after farming for it for only about 15 minutes.

The luckiest moment for me was probably the day I won the audition for my job. There were a LOT of people trying out for very few positions and I didn’t think I had the slightest chance, so I just relaxed and had fun with it. Maybe that made the difference, playing it like I had nothing to lose, because it worked.

We had these math workbooks in third grade. And we also had a really strict, semi-abusive teacher in the third grade.

We were to work in those books as homework, and turn them in in a pile when we walked in in the morning. The teacher had as all stand up, and called our names as she'd went through all the books that were turned in. If our book was turned in and our name was called, we sat down in relief. If our book was not turned in and our name was not called, we stood in front of everyone, in shame, as she publicly berated us one by one. She wasn't uncomfortable with grabbing children by their shirt collars and yelling in their face, either.

One night, I did the homework. But I had accidently left the book at home, I could have sworn. The next morning, I realized this, and I was PANICKING. I did the work. I accidently left the book at home. I'm going to be gawked at and humiliated. My mind was going in circles and circles...

... She called my name. My book was turned in. I was dumbfounded.

Perhaps it was something supernatural, or perhaps I just accidently left the book at school and remember things wrong. Either way, I consider this my luckiest day.

Eight or nine years ago, a light globe fell and shattered in the bathroom at my grandma's house. I wanted to use the bathroom at the time, but I put it off to go get something. Had I went, the globe would've fell and shattered on me. :/

They day my cousin invited me to stay with her instead of with my aunt and uncle when my dad went overseas. It opened up a whole new world to me and is helping me to become a better person (but that's a long process).

You know those trucks with the massive, rotating drums? When I was a kid, one of those drums fell from a truck and missed me by only a few yards. I could've been flattened like dough under a rolling pin.

I remember that my dad positioned his body to shield me from the impact. It wouldn't have saved me...but it always reminds me of how much he loves me. :(

We once had a drawing for baseball tickets that students would put raffle slips in a bucket during the 5th and 6th grade lunches for a week. That's at least a total of 800+ students if every student put in one plus any student could put in as many slips as they could purchase. My friend really desperate put in almost 20 slips, and I put in 1 slip. Guess who won the raffle? :orly:

Didn't die in a crash. Just can't decide which of the three I was closest to dying in......

4 wheeler crash that I almost smashed my head in, car crash I almost burned to death in, or truck flip I almost severed an artery in.
