I have so many happy moments of being a brony. Twilight becoming a princess and the crusaders getting cutie marks(I still cry when Rainbow Dash says how proud she is of scootaloo)Starlight changing her ways are really high up on the list

When daydream shimmer reached out to midnight sparkle and said "Take my hand twilight, let me show you there's another way, like someone once did for me." 

Its the last line that gets me. In a way shes helping twilight just as twilight helped her. 

I also shat a chicken when twilight sprouted wings. 

Another would be when I happened upon 'lullaby for a princess' quite by accident.
