Did Shining Armor teach Twilight his shield spell?

I was thinking back to Ponyville Confidential and noticed Twilight's forcefield that kept the CMC out of the library (RIP Golden Oaks) looked very similar to Shining Armor's shield that was meant to keep the Changelings out of Canterlot. Did Shining Armor teach his sister a weaker version?

Considering that Ponyville Confidential episode came right before Shining Armor's debut in Canterlot Wedding, That scene would be foreshadowing his existence.

I don't think so. It was before we saw Shinings shield so it could very well be the other way around or maybe he got the idea for his particular one from her? Maybe it could even be a family think like skill in sports or the like being strong in a family?
