An Excerpt on Keeping up with technology

This is a little something I wrote for a post...does anyone agree with this?

 

The only way that I feel to do this is keep learning. Since Technology is ever evolving, a person, or an IT Personal has to be up-to-date with all the current trends, whether it be Operating Systems, New Network Nodes, or a new Exploit, these are essential and important to all IT related fields. The best example I can give of this are Anti-Virus developers. These guys work around the clock to keep up with technology and its evolution, keeping all definitions up-to-date as well as the Anti-Virus product. But, they are only one expect of the IT field, all IT personal are responsible to keep their products, nodes, and customers up-to-date to the best of their ability, no matter the position and the bosses and specialists also have that duty, the duty to update their personal and customers whether it be by letter, word, or email/flyer notification.
