Will Celestia and Luna leave Equestria forever when they retire?

We know that at the end of the season, Celestia and Luna will retire. Is anyone worried that they will leave Equestria forever?

Why? Lots of people retire and stay right there. Even RL Kings, Queens, and Emperors abdicate and they aren't forced to leave the countries they used to rule. I'm not sure where this concern is coming from?

I doubt they will go anywhere. I still hope they will reveal themselves as Ponies from another planet, or perhaps Angelic beings.

Nah, why would they move away from Equestria? They may be retired but they still are very powerful alicorns.

They might move back in to their old castle where Twilight and the others found their journal in Castle Mane-ia, and possibly even renovate it, but really I don't know.

They'll live in an apartment in  Manehattan. it will turn out that Celestia is a real slob, and Luna is a neat freak.

I think retiring here means, they'll give up immortality. If you thought the brutal death of King Sombra was too much in episode 1, you better close your eyes as these two 1000 year olds will disintegrate slowly... ...

No, Hasbro will probably never show us what happens. They will probably just stand and applause Princess Twilight, and the end credits will play that annoying happy "My little Pony, dun dun...". It is my guess!

I’m not sure why they would leave Equestria. Yes, they are retiring and a lot of people move after they retire but I just don’t see the two doing that.

probably wont leave equestria but they would probably just go into an isolated area in Equestria and live a simple, secluded life far from the prying eyes.
