Change the theories with religion and politics and suddenly we’re all open minded and divided. 

I think the flat earth theory is too far fetched. There was at least a reason to fake the moon landings at the time, but why the shape of the planet? Has every leader of every country agreed to keep this secret, even during conflict? In addition, is every pilot and sailer in on this? Unlikely, but if so, why exactly? Sounds like a waste of energy to me.

Oh good grief.. the moon landing sceptics don't even come close to the level of utterly illogical thinking that flat earthers expect you to believe. What's even worse is how far some of them will go in a ludicrous attempt to justify it whenever counter-evidence is presented.

I'm all for being open-minded, but they just make my head hurt.
