Better than I can draw them, the only thing I have to say that you don't even need to fix is like the shape of the faces are like alittle off on AJ and Fluttershy... More on aj

For critiques all I can say is to keep practicing with all of the proportions of the head, body, and so forth. That seems to be the problem visible with some of your drawings such as the Rarity one. Your proportions aren't too far off course so you'll definitely get those proportions down with a daily amount of practice and drawing. Keep drawing, bud, and looking forward to seeing your progress!
