FiM/EqG design counterparts in Monsters Inc.

Just want to start a speculative crossover conversation here. And the hopefully one that gets people to make art alongside their design speculations.

This question goes under the circumstances that not only is the Pony world connected to EqG's version of the Human World, but also the Monsterverse from the Monsters Inc./University Movies and in comparison to Equestria and as seen in the films, is entirely dependent on the Human World since their emotions literally provide power and energy to fuel monster society, in the form of screams (this is before the scream shortage of the first movie). 

If any of the Characters (Mane 7, villains, minor, and background characters) of EqG had counterparts in that world, what would they look like and what sort of careers or occupations would they have in that world? Which would be Scarers and which would occupy a different career? And for ones who have no counterparts in the human world. What would be the monster forms of Sunset Shimmer, Starlight Glimmer, and the Sirens/Dazzlings and which of them would be Scarers?

And in comparison to the Human World of EqG, How would the Monster World from the Monsters Inc/University Movies deal with or handle a situation where they are put under the same circumstances seen over the course of the Equestria Girls Spinoff? Equestrian Magic and Artifacts leaking or getting dumped their world as well as Equestrian cross dimensional Immigrants (Sunset Shimmer, Dazzlings,etc) living amongst them?
