School doesn’t apply to me because I graduated from college last year. However, work does! My work doesn’t offer extended breaks for the holidays like schools do, though. Instead, we get major holidays off like Christmas Day and Thanksgiving. I feel for my older sister who has to work regardless of the day because she is a cardiac ICU nurse at a hospital. Illness/injuries don’t have a schedule!
