How did you find MLP Forums?

I searched for "Mlp Community Websites", and found this website as one of the first links.

How you became a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic

No one can be entirely certain on the view of a particular culture unless they experience it themselves, and that very lesson was what eventually made me want to try watching a bit of MLP. For so long I had heard about Bronies, especially the toxic feedback, but it was more irritating given the fact that I could never seem to get a straight answer. I had no negative views regarding Bronies, but I didn’t necessarily have any positive opinions either. This itching curiosity drove me to create my own judgement by watching the show myself, and at last I was finally able to understand why so many people(Or Ponies) could enjoy it. It has an interesting and diverse cast, a clean art style, and every episode was unique and entertaining in its own way.

Though I don’t yet have digital art software, I shall keep trying to improve my skills for the future so that I can contribute to this community. So until that day eventually comes, I’ll try to log in from time to time, and I look forward to seeing what this community has to offer. Thanks for reading, and have a nice day.

Welcome @Astral Unity to this friendly forum. Yea, forming your own opinion about MLP is.... maybe quite unique? I did already have an opinion about, and I usually form opinion about coll stuff from looking at others and what they think. Weak, right?

@Splashee Not at all, we often need to seek the views of those around us if we want to deliver a calculated judgment on a topic we are not entirely certain of, if anything it's a very strong way of thinking. Just think of Twilight, there have been many problems she has faced and has needed the help of her friends, and that's not a weakness is it?

I didn't expect you to respond. I usually joke around saying "I don't have an opinion, I use Youtube for that". But the truth is, I do think way too much about things, and that sometimes give me the wrong picture. I just want to make sure I am like most others, more or less.

@fare67t I just feel that anyone should read the contents of a book before judging it by the cover, people (and ponies) can be a lot more open-minded if they start to use this mindset. Also, thank you and happy new years, this site has been a lot of fun so far.
