There's a lot of good moments to chose from, but Fluttershy's "scream" from Green Isn't Your Color manages to combine funny and cute really well. Same thing with her kicks in both Green Isn't Your Color and Best Gift Ever.

I thing one of the best moment was when Fluttershy transformed into Flutter Hulk. For me it's a special, because it was the first scene introduced for me by my friend in a Garrys Mod party, and it was the last stroke for me that made me to start watching the show.
