That depends. Normally it's around 2:00 to 2:30 in the morning, but if I decide to write instead of going to bed (as I have been doing for the past few days), then it could be any time between 3:00 and 6:00, or even later. Generally if I'm still awake at 8:00 I'll just say fuck it and not go to bed that night as to avoid destroying my already damaged sleep schedule.

I normally get in bed around 10PM and then stay up drawing till 11PM in which I begin to get tired by then. There are a few exceptions to it whenever I stay up till 2AM on certain nights playing on the Switch.

My natural sleep cycle has me going to bed at midnight and waking up at 10. But it's not abnormal for me to give up sleep when working so typically between 11 and 12 at night for me but then waking up at 6.

I got to bed between 10 and 11pm. Just before bedtime, I turn everything off and chill under a red lamp. It seems to help me fall asleep faster.
