Medium well, but closer to well done. Not COMPLETELY well done, mind you. I just want the FAINTEST hint of pink. Almost an afterthought, but still there. Not enough to hold any actual blood or anything, but the color is still there. Barely there, but there none the less.

A nice and juicy medium-rare steak is more appetizing to me than a slab of beef leather.
