In the original version it was some scary sound effect with an evil Pinkie.

Though in the modded version it is just a regular audio clip and a regular non scary picture.

Maybe I should make a video of the modded version.

The jumpscare had pinkamena in it I changed it to a picture of fluttershy and replaced the scary sound with just a random sound on the show. Also the new picture is not scary.

Only problem is when I decompiled it I had to look through the files and there was a creepy message hidden in the code by the developer. Also I can upload the picture here if you want. The new one not the original.
