The local co-ops.

Co-ops because the electric co-OP got impatient with the telephone Co-oP and started their own telephone/cable/internet service...then merged years later.

We avoided dialup...everyone around us constantly complained about it so when DSL became available again, we did that. It was ok, until one tried to watch a video or Skype or found out about Steam...lol. Take down the entire farm's 3.7mbps peak download link and take out the 1.6mbps upload link uploading photos to Kodak.

Time Warner Cable (now Spectrum). For whatever reason, I thought it was the coolest thing ever as a kid. I don't think that anymore.

The first ISP I can remember us having was dial-up provided through an AOL competitor called PeoplePC.

Something called Prodigy back in the 1990s.  I also kept getting CDs for a thousand free hours on AOL but I never used them. I wonder what would happen if I try to use one today?
