I don’t need to physically comb my eyebrows, but I try to keep them neat. I don’t think it matters too much, though.

Mine have these naturally nice angles so I'll get asked occasionally if I do anything to them, and the answer to that is that I only have to shave what grows in-between.

Sometimes I rearrange them if they look wacky but I would never take a comb to them (if I did it would be with a little doll brush  That would look so silly)
