Oregon, six years ago, if I remember correctly. Everyone on my mom's side of the family lives in the western half of the US, so that's where we go for our biannual reunions (excluding this year because of corona). It's basically as far as I can get from home while staying in the contiguous US.

The farthest I’ve been from anyplace I have called home at the time of travel would probably be Hawaii. That’s when I lived in Oregon. So a few thousand miles I guess. I travelled from Oregon to Massachusetts, and California to Florida a few times also, but I don’t know which of them is farthest and I’m too lazy to look it up.
