Prospekt 10,984 August 5, 2020 Share August 5, 2020 I watched a ton of Hey Vern, It's Ernest! as a kid because my parents had it all on VHS. I also watched all the movies and Ernest Goes to Jail is definitely my favorite of the bunch. Jim Varney did such a great job as Ernest, I suppose he was like Pee Wee Herman but slightly less of a kid at heart. It was an adorable franchise... quite underrated.
