Let's says something positive. Better if you actually believe it  (it can be any character if you don't have a specific pony)

I'll start.

Rainbow Dash. She's brave, confident, brutally honest, speaks her mind, pushes herself to the limit, inspires her same values in others.

I can’t think of a single pony I dislike above all others, so I hope you don’t mind if I pick a creature other than a pony. 

Garble has a nice beret. I like to think he was very happy when he got it.

I wouldn't say there are ponies that I dislike but there is one that, even if I appreciate him, it's not on the same level as the others. That poor boy is Zephyr.
