    • Attack them (Physically, verbally, emotionally...etc.) for liking garbage

    • Denounce them as having no taste and understanding of the medium and permanently force them out of the fandom.

    • Leave them alone. Their persons should never be hated.

You walk into a room and suddenly catch your friend or whoever watching something that is widely or universally hated, or at least you hate. And is clearly enjoying it.
