How you became a fan of My Little Pony

It was a long time ago so I don't even know. I think I was about twelve when I first watched it. Season four hadn't even come out yet if I'm remembering correctly or at least I wasn't aware of it. It was a special interest for ages and now I've gotten back into because it's still a solid show. I've been wanting to talk about it to people but I will admit to being nervous. The fandom was rather scary when I was a twelve year old girl.
