How would Twilight react to an artificial Self aware Robotic Version of herself? 

The artificial Self aware Robotic Knockoff would have all of The real Twilight Memories and move but the Robot Lack emotion and without a conscious The Self aware Robotic counterpart is like a murder machine

That last two words beat me to it. At first, Twilight would have the robot help her with her research. Then she would get lazy and make the robot do all the work. The robot would get jealous. Or, if it doesn't have emotions, it would logically conclude that Equestria is better off if everypony is turned into a cyborg slave. Borgquestria. Assimilation is magic.

or The Robot would be More Like Ultron That the Artificial Self aware robot would see The Ponies as Chaotic and Flawed and The Only to bring harmony to equestria is to cause the  extinction to Ponies to bring peace and harmony

and Probably create artificial self aware Robotic version of the real twilight sparkle friend or creates artificial self aware version of the cutie mark  crusader  or an artificial self aware robotic Version of king sombra
