How can there be other Necrozma if this Necrozma lost their species?

Why are the M6 taking in the child? (I.E. What's the starting plot that brought us to this juncture)

To restate, there were two kingdoms of Necrozma, both having different goals on the view of day and night.

Necrozma is the Prism Pokemon, and this is a completely alternate universe.

Im actually using the Equestria Girl world, seeing that Humans and Pokemon better mix.

The people who join can either be their oc as a human(other species is fine), or as the Humane 7.
