Does King Sombra Actually deserve The Title of King?

 Does he Actually deserve The Title of King? He did enslaved the crystal empire and Destroyed the Tree of harmony and got Killed off Twice by the crystal heart and the Mane six Friendship Laser of death. so does he  deserve The Title of King?

Just because he is evil and a tyrant does not mean he can not be a king (even when he made himself a king as long as others call him a king, even when they are forced to it). I guess there were enough rulers in the hystory of humanity who where tyrants but still had the title of a king or other titles. And besides this, Tirek is still called Lord and Crysalis still queen.

Titles are earned, not deserved, regardless of the means.

The thing with tyrants is they have power only if people allow it. He can call himself whatever he wants if he can force ponies to obey.

That's just a little story called life.  Sombra still deserves the title of king because he was willing to do whatever it took to get to the top. The Crystal Ponies always needed to be bailed out of trouble, thus they were overtaken because of their weakness. That's the way the world works.

That said, looking at it seriously, he's a tyrant. He's no more a king than Chrysalis was a queen.
