resolved RPing in general, what the hecc is going on

so, i might have been here a little while, but to be honest i have no actual idea how most things work.

I dunno about the roleplay system here or who is what when where why how

sorry if this sounds confusing, but for real. I don't know what stories are open or if I should just make my own. I don't know the main roleplay around here.

Can someone just explain what's happening? please and thank you
