discord in gen 5. or grogar?

I noticed the animals in gen 5 are tampered with.

sure in gen 4 there are chimeras and bugbears and what nots....

but in gen 5 there's..... flying dogs? rats with wings? bunny's with prehensile ears?

this is suspicious....

these animals werent present in gen 5...

It's actually the work of a nuclear power plant run by a ponified Mr. Burns, I'm calling it now.  

On another note, the Season 8 finale showed us that those chimeras and bugbears and what nots did not need to be tampered with by Discord in order to assume their forms. Cerberus was among them too, and his backstory has nothing to do with Discord. Grogar is a more realistic possibility, given what we were told about him creating monsters in ancient Equestria times, but if all the aforementioned creatures are descended from his creations, problem solved. Their genes were simply passed down to creatures in G5 too. Neither Discord nor Grogar needs to be physically present in G5 in order to answer this question.

reformed discord might make the peaceful mixed creatures..... or humer creatures... like the rats with wings...(pidgeon) became literal
