Flutterdash all the way. I absolutely see the draw for Rarijack (especially in EG!) and AppleDash in FiM, but my first watch-through I was FlutterDash all day.

I also think Twinkie is super cute.

I also still ship Big Mac and Cheerilee, its just a little bit of a shame the direction things went canonically for that ship

I also like the idea of Como Pommel X Rara, they suit each other because of their similar past hehe :3

StarTrix my beloved. They’re by far my favorite ship. Next would probably be RariJack but it’s definitely not on the same level as StarTrix for me. I just love the dynamic Starlight and Trixie have!

I love both StarTrix and RariJack- just StarTrix a bit more, but I'm a tad biased.

Hands down my favorite ship has gotta be Fluttershy X Adagio. It sounds a bit strange at first but there's a really good romance novel about it over on Fimfiction called Sucker for a cute face, that I've been a fan of for years. I just started rereading it recently and I still love it. 

In the book both Fluttershy and Adagio sort of symbolize opposite world views, Fluttershy is giving to the point people sort of walk over her and Adagio is assertive to the point that she ends up driving people away. What they need is to find a balance between the two and there's a lot of nice character development over the book and of course lot's of really funny scenes and cute ones. I love the way Eyeswirl wrote the relationship dynamic between Adagio and the rest of the Dazzlings
