gaming Advice for using Godot through Android

First of all, let me just say that I'm a novice game dev. I'm not entirely experienced and I'm in the middle of making my first game, which is a small, MLP-themed RPG.

That said, I have discovered something sort of incredible: I only found out today that the integrated development environment known as Godot can be used via Android devices. While it looks a bit unwieldy, this can greatly widen my possibilities for potential dev work. The only problem is, it doesn't come with any preset assets—I'd have to make anything from there from scratch. Now, I doubt I can make a large game through that IDE, but I could implement the battle mechanics I wanted to use and devise some sort of working battle simulator.

I'm going to be taking this step by step, however. I don't even know where to begin. But frankly, this is a good opportunity for me to actually learn some dev skills. I think I might take up that opportunity.

And so I ask: what is the absolute first thing I should do using Godot period?
