resolved Member title is in 2 places

I am assuming this is being worked on but I want to bring it up.

Those who have a member title now have it in 2 places:

 

It used to just be on top of one’s profile photo.

In addition to this I'm not even sure if it's possible to edit the upper member title as the usual edit-area places it near the "roles" section. Speaking of roles; not sure how to edit those either.

So, I understand what a Member Title is, and how to get one. It seems however that there is another title that only certain subscribers and staff (retired staff) have, and it would help to know what those titles are called?

I believe they are being mixed up.
