A third bedroom, a laundry room, a walk through closet rather than a walk in, a shop out back, front yard, back yard, street parking, and neighbors I'd want to talk to.

I had more bedrooms (bigger family back then), a big rock outside that I loved to climb on, and snow in the winter. I have palm trees now so it’s a fair trade-off.

Our old house had a playroom. Our current house does not have one but that only makes sense since only adults live here.
