This is after they learn of it's existence as well as learning Humans don't use magic, which they'll assume would make them easier prey than ponies.

Of all of them, which one of them would want to conquer the Humans the most?

Tough to say. Chrysalis and Sombra are the ones I think would be most successful. Humans have a lot of love and conflict to feed on - while the humans are also severely incapable of resisting Sombra's corrupting influence.

how about the Storm King? His staff still works in the Human World.
