Share spells to energize your food (real)

This is a spell or prayer to reenergize and raise the vibrational frequency level of the food you're planning on eating.

 

Put your hands just over the food without quite touching the food.

 

Next within your focus with all your heart on thoughts of love, unity and light.

 

If it helps to , you focus on your deity of choice and use that.

 

For example if you are Christian you could focus on the idea that Jesus or even God is there guiding your heart towards the highest love.

 

In any case once you have whatever works for you focus on pushing all that energy out of your body, down your arm and into the food.

 

Just feel all that love and light entering and restoring the energy of the food.

There you go a simple spell for  reenergizing your food.

This spell/blessing isn't my own but I do find myself using it time to time. Of course it just doesn't have to be tea either I use this all of the time on my coffee as well and from what I've seen it has the same effect. But enough with my rambling here it is.

 

• Brew a mug of your favorite tea or beverage of your choosing
• Stir as you recite the following blessing:
  “Three to the left to remember the past,
  Three to the right to make blessings last.
  Up, down, and up again-
  For good luck, health, and joy I cast!“
• Calmly sip your potion and have a blessed day!

Here's another good recipe for super hydrating water.

 

A tiny mix of sea salt, RAW apple cider vinegar and cayenne pepper mixed within a large container of water. 

 

May sound strange but it works
