2-D. Animators use whatever program they want.

What skill level are you looking for? I'm ill equiped but I can do some basic flash MX. If I could get my hands on a copy (I use it fairl often in school) then I could help (after my exams).

 

As of now, we are taking anyone we can get, because I am terrible at it. Well, my software is terrible.
