I'm not familiar with the concept of Absurdism, though having a look I think I try to live my life to its ideals. I'm a musician, I make music and other funny sounds. There's no reason other than it's fun, that's my meaning - to keep creating. To keep persisting in an uncaring universe. In a universe without meaning, continuing on in spite of this is the greatest act of meaning. Antinatalism is something I've always believed in, given the state of it all out there I can't say procreation is currently ethical. As well as the other moral issues with not having given consent to be born. I don't subscribe to the overpopulation theory anymore though I did a long time ago, turned out that's a common ecofascist talking point. 1

I can't say I read all that much philosophy to have any favourite philosophers, those sorts of texts I can read several paragraphs worth of and then realize that I haven't absorbed anything of it. As for what philosophy I adhere to, I don't really follow anything in particular though by proxy I guess I could align to aspects of cynicism and absurdism (from what I looked up the other day) for example, and there's probably more though I don't go out of my way to follow anything. As well as that I take a general anarchistic approach to life, similar to what Raskolnikov put in their topic as we have very similar beliefs there, when I approach people I'll see them as human first, and judge them by the actions they take over the words they speak, etc etc. I won't write it all out again as articulating all of that is a massive pain in the ass with dyslexia and they put it much more eloquently.

Many years ago I was learning about big cats, Acinonyx jubatus is the Latin/scientific name for cheetahs. Acinonyx is a combo of two Greek words and roughly translates to 'immovable claw' in reference to the fact that unlike most felines cheetahs can't retract their claws. (With jubatus being Latin referring to 'crested' or 'maned') I thought that was pretty cool so I started using it is a username in places.

You gotta do the cereal first to know how much milk you need, the inhumanity of the other way around. Nei. Cereal, then milk, always.
