He's got that swag going on with that mane. Also, that's what I was going for. Something like the character of House (however, not as smarky. Carrick is obviously more likable than House.)

I think there should be a weapon for your OC in that cave. Something that you are good at using. Your name is Thunder, so why not a lightning based artifact? It has already been established in this RP's lore that there are artifacts that hold power. It could be a necklace or armor or something. Horseshoes maybe, d'I dont know?.

Also the lightening based artifact would not shock you if you were flying, electricity needs ground to complete a circuit which is why when birds rest on powerlines they dont get shocked, and is also why when planes get struck by lightening in mid flight nothing happens to the passengers.

read my last post on the RP, and as for if the Idea can be good, I think it will really give the story an edge in the simple fact that none of the ponies will be able to trust Thunder as much as they used to because they know what Discord did to Equestria.

 

The walls are closed, but can be cut down (though it will take time to break them). So yeah, fun...

Would it be OP if this alter turns Thunder to a Draconequus? He wouldn't be as powerfull as Discord. He would just be able to control rock and Magma.

 

So wait, is thunder a Draconequus? I dont understand what is going on with Thunder I did not get the gist of his posts.

Well the only suggestion I got was for a weapon. So I went ahead and gave him some Armor that cators to each pony it goes on. Thunder right now doesn't know it yet because he hasn't really checked but he's got a golden suit of armorial on with a couple of special abilities unique to him. Hope it's ok, if not he'll have just gone through an ancient rite of passage.

I vote yes. It sounds like an okay step to me. The only small problem I find is that, if Ice Star had owned this mountain for years, and yet did not find this artifact, he must be blind. Maybe the artifact only appears to the chosen? I don't know.

Sorry for the delay of post, it's a pretty big one that explains a decent amount of the magic spell. Should be a fun read~

 

It was fun to read, but did not explain the spell being used on Blaze in real time. So what, the spell severs the connection between horn and skull? Or what? I don't quite get the full explanation.

Wouldn't that mean Hypno'll be safe, seeing he uses his eyes to conduct magic and not a horn.

However this spell used half of my magic power. That should be enough thanks to Ice-Star efforts in draining his magic power in the first place. It should be able to at least cut the connection in him.

The spell is alone for Blaze. Let me just edit it. (I think I need to sleep soon)

The trap was not for Hypno the trap has already been sprung and it was set for blaze. SO no it would not effect hypno.
