Favorite Names (or what would you name your children)

My son is named Morgan Alexander Christian. He's named after my best friend since elementary school, Christopher Alexander Moore. Had to change it up a little, but that was no biggie. And he loves his "Uncle" Chris!

I will name my child Raridashpie Sparkleshyjack :)

But really, I have always liked the name Mordecai, even before Regular Show

Mordecai is a name I've liked since I fist listened to Between the Buried and Me.

Time to redo mah list.

Like I said, I don't plan on having a child, but here's some suggestons in case mah bro decides to have a child :)

Male: Jake, Jacob, Jack, Jackson, Felix, Soarin, James, Pierce (Gotta love SR3), Miles, AJ

Female: Jackie, Jacqueline, Jack, Rarity, Applejack ('Cause I can? At least if I can persuade mah bro), Miley, AJ

Boy: Kyle, Discord, Cole, Ethan, Megatron

Girl: Cheryl, Pinkie, Ashley, Fluttershy

I wish I was named Kyle, I think my name, Nathaniel, is a bit lame. Though, hey, others like it, so i'll respect that. I just wish I was a Kyle.

I really like the name Cheryl, and a girl I used to like was named Ashley, and I really think that's a really nice name, too.

Haven't the slightest clue what I'd name a boy, TBH. I really don't care for any common boy names, so I guess it would have to be something pretty unique.

But as far as a girl goes, my fiance and I have decided on Abigail. I think it's one of, if not the prettiest names out there.

I used to like the name Benjamin a LOT, but now I know a guy named Benjamin, so I don't like it anymore.

Boys: Arthur, James, Lance

Girl: Yvonne, Kathleen, Victoria

My dad's name is Clark, and I have an uncle named Kent, so I've considered naming my son Bruce Wayne -----. The ----- being my last name.

Boy:Jake, Discord, Matthew

I'm not kidding about the MLP related names.

Wait, ya think I could name a boy Va'il? And a girl Harnes?

Ideas from a book my big brother wrote called The Lupine Prince. Though I doubt its published yet.

My top boy name is Erik David (named for both the Phantom of the Opera and my grandfather) and my top girl name is Anna Charlotte. I'm also partial to Joshua for a boy, and Shilo for a girl.

If I were to choose names for my children, or just names in general...I would have to say...

Girls: Leah, Quinn, Lucy, Elena, Codie, Ellen, Maria, or Marley

Boys: Noah, Sebastian, Blaine, David, Anthony, Jethro, and Morrison

Some of them are odd, and I get it. But that's how I like it! Gender neutral names are also fun.

Boy-Wolfgang (after Mozart), Yngwie (after Yngwie Malmsteen), Johann (after Bach), or Ludwig(after Beethoven)

And yes I do enjoy classical music.

Girl- Joan (after Joan Jett), Sam, Jordan, or Taylor

My favorite male names:

Frederick

Thomas

Brice

Andrew

William

My favorite female names:

Catherine

Wilma

Michelle

Rita

Helen

All of these have some sort of air of intelligent sophistication, or what I'd call "restrained fun" (In the case of Brice and Wilma).

I used to work with a lady who named her baby girl Inara. Yes, as in Inara, the prostitute "companion" from Firefly.

As for me, all I know is that I wouldn't name my children after any existing members of my family. More likely, I'd name them after a scientist like Stephen Hawking or a human rights advocate like Benazir Bhutto.

Realistically, I really don't know. Being an Italian, my stubborness would probably lead me to following traditional customs of naming my child after the grandfather, thus my first child would be Antony (if a boy). Other options would be Michael, and Marco. If it was a girl, I have no idea. Maybe a Lauren or Taylor or something.
