But yeah, that's an awesome game.  I bought on PS2 and again on the Vita.  And I got it before I got a Vita.

Agreed.  That's definitely in the top three, with Skyward Sword and Wind Waker.

Team Fortress 2. There's a lot of drama surrounding it right now due to the recent rebalancing update and controversial server plugins like Pinion, but aside from the drama the game is still a lot of fun, with a huge community and thousands of servers just waiting for you to play on them. It also requires strategy to a degree.

My absolute favourite video game would have to be Bioshock 2. I love the diversity of the levels and how you can explore a fair bit until you reach the end of the map. I also love the weapons you're able to use, instead of an ordinary FPS, you get all kinds of powers. And the part of the game that I think is magnificent is the storyline, it's the best I've ever seen in a game.

this game is pretty much heaven for me

i own all the dead space games and i'm a huge fanboy of everything deadspace XD 

i think you can say that i'm obsessed with it actually. 

so far i have :

played every single dead space game 100% (yes, even the phone version and the pc minigame for the hacker suit)

i've see both the movies.

i've written 14 fanfics and counting with something dead space in it

i've read all the comics

 

so yeah, you could say i love dead space :3

My favorite video game would have to be Call of Duty: Black Ops, a pretty memorable game where you could shoot down your enemies and being able to help your team at the same time. The game itself, is pretty good with a few issues.

My favorite video game for the PC has to be Starcraft 2. The campaign in both Wings of Liberty and Heart of the Swarm has to be the best I've ever played and the Multi-player is really hard but rewarding as well. My other favorite games include The Crysis series and Battlefield 3.

So many video games.  So many video games I like... but I suppose it comes down to these few:

 

Bioshock 1, Fallout 3, Silent Hill 2, Alan Wake, Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines, American Mcgee's Alice, Fatal Frame, Dead Space, FEAR... ugh, this is difficult. xD I'm pretty fond mostly of some sort of 'psychological' games, if done right!

Favorite video-game huh... After some serious thinking, I've come to the conclusion that... 

I DON'T HAVE ONE!  I mean seriously, it's impossible for me to pick one game out of all those I have played

 

But I have a couple of favorites so I guess I'll write them down.

My gaming tastes have changed a lot over the times. At first, my choice was Sonic Adventure 2 for a long time, but now it would have to be either Grand Theft Auto III or Sonic the Hedgehog (Genesis).

It's all Doom, there is no other game, I remember it from my childhood, I still play it now pretty much every day. It's such a great shame that so many people will grow up having never played it just because it's an old game.

 

It's also great as a basis for mods, some people have made some really amazing stuff with it.

 

Seriously, if you haven't played it you should have, do it now!
