Almost each episode, I think had a moment of greatness in it, even if some were less interesting than others

 

I watched the first 3 episodes and didn't laugh, not even once. Well, I came close to laughing a few times, but that was it. The jokes are pretty meh. Honestly, I don't understand why this series is so popular. Maybe I need to watch more......Pinkie's Brew song is good though.

 

The series is big because most of us agree that the songs are awesome, and although, not everyone sees the series as funny, most who I know admit that the music is top notch

I literally can watch every episode in this series 15 times and not get sick of them. FiW is far and away one of my favorite Brony creations (which is saying quite a bit, considering the amazing things which come from this fandom).

 

Only complaint: Needed more Sweetie Bot. What doesn't?!

This new episode of "Friendship is Witchcraft" was the first one I ever saw.  Before I saw it, I actually saw just the clip of Twilight's song about her brother.  I really enjoyed it.  I wanted to watch the other episodes, but they have been blocked in my country on YouTube.  Fortunately I eventually found another website where I could watch them all.  It is a very clever series, in my opinion.

Oh, I LOVE FiW!!! It's soooo funny!  I have to say, I'm really impressed with their work. It's certainly not something I could ever do!

I'd give it a 3/5, Sweetie Bot, and most of the music are good, but I never fell in love with it like I did with Camaraderie is Supernatural.

 

I think the abridging of the wedding episode kinda jumped the shark though.

I think i finally know what the gypsy bard is about.

When she sings:

"When I was a little filly, a galloping blaze overtook my city

So they shipped me off to the orphanage. Said, "ditch those roots if you wanna fit in"
So I dug one thousand holes and cut a rug with orphan foals
Memories are blurred, and their faces are obscured, but I still, know the words to this song"

 

I don't think it is that she set off the fire, but when it happened and her parents died. She was send to the orphanage, but she couldn't get over the traumatic accident that had occured. So they said to ditch those roots and she burried everypony from her village. She then could dance with the orphan foals.

Anyway I just wanted to say this. I'll hear if anypony cares or when you have something to add or your own perspective.

I'm not going to lie.

 

In some aspects I do think FiW is better than FiM.

 

Both have some great writing but FiW is impressive because there just dubbing over events already occurring and doing some minor edits here and there, and the songs are magnificent.
