As for ice cream, I'm not a huge fan. I think it's kinda gross honestly. If I were to choose one though, it would probably be vanilla because you can mix it with other stuff without getting flavor overload.

Something to do with fudge or cookie dough. Base ice cream doesn't matter, it can be vanilla or chocolate, just as long as there's fudge and/or cookie dough infused in it.

Chocolate chip cookie dough is pretty hard to say no to. Cheesecake and Eggnog sounded pretty cool too.

From these options I would say Mint Chocolate Chip, so beyond that list I'd say Apple ice cream flavor (I have only found Apple Pie and Apple Cinnamon Crisp flavour)
