1.) This music does have beauty of form, as shown by its dark-sounding, minor chords.

2.) Because each instrument is in-tune with each other, this music is harmonious. 

3.) The artist called this song "begin again" due to the emotion of the chords and bass, so therefore, there is expression of emotion.

 

Considering all that, it is music.
