Five Night's at Freddy's is a completely overrated fad that I do not understand.

I find the robots too cartoony and not at all scary, even when they're jumping out at you.

I find the premise not very intriguing and rather dull after even five minutes of gameplay.

All I see these days is FNaF shit on Youtube and in a few other places; annoying as hell.

But,the only thing good about Pokemon was the anime.

 

The games and the cards were really boring to me. The only fun I really had in Pokemon was calling the rival an Asshole and giving all the Pokemon funny nicknames.

I really hate it when people say "It was supposed to be that way! You shouldn't complain about it." when defend themselves when a person says they dislike a certain aspect about something. Like the classic "Sonic's slow because it was part of the plot!" in Sonic Labyrinth.

 

Yes, it was a part of the plot, but that doesn't mean I'm forced to change my opinions on it. It's like saying if someone dipped something in poop, then when I said "That's disgusting," they would reply with "Of course it was supposed to be disgusting!" Would that change the fact that it's disgusting? No, it wouldn't.

 

Also, many people say the humor was one of the few good aspects of Spike at Your Service, but honestly, not even the humor was good. It may be because the characterization and contrived moments left a sour taste in my mouth, but even the humor in that episode as dumb and pretty much forced characters too be OOC for the purpose of it. The best joke in that episode was Pinkie's classic "I'll wear this mustache!," but not even that was a very funny

It's not necessarily that the games are bad.

 

The series just has no focus, other than the genre itself. However, being one of the first IN the genre, this should be a pit that Nintendo should have dug the series out of. But no. Out of mario games:

 

Good - Sunshine, 64 and World

OKish - SMB3, SMB2

Meh - SMG, SMB1

AWFUL - New SMB

 

And I haven't played yoshi's island, so I'm blind on that front.

I wonder if they made Mario Maker because they can't design any good levels themselves. At least, in Mario games.

 

Am I being too hard on the franchise? Probably not.

The Metroid series needs another installment. It's been long overdue. Every other Nintendo series has about 20 million different sequels, save for Metroid. That is the only series that Nintendo hasn't made a recent game for. Other M doesn't count, because that was Team Ninja and it was crap.

The NSMB series isn't that bad (besides NSMB2). Sure they're not innovative, but they are pretty fun for sitting down and relaxing.

 

I hate it when there's an HD remake, and everything about is it better, yet people are all like "LOL THE ORIGINAL IS BTR." Yeah.. I don't get it.

 

There are good Game Gear Sonic titles. Sonic Chaos and Sonic Triple Trouble.

 

I hate it when people hate a game series "becuz its 2 repetitive." Every game series at least repeats a little bit of core gameplay, y'know..

Personally I find a lot of online things forced.

I don't like memes or obligatory groups.

Also I don't like how "content based on content" is way more popular that doing something original.

Just look at let's players on Youtube for example or Fanartists around pony.
