To be honest you should be fine as long as you get the proper medical treatment. If you don't get treated for it the worst that can happen is that you end up experiencing extreme chest pains but still the chance of death actually occurring is close to impossible if it's toothpaste. It's probably your just worrying about it too much but it's not as bad as you think your situation.
