It's sung by Russia from Hetalia or more accurately whoever his japanese voice actor is (it's really long though, it's 17 minutes long). Talent Sampler. Specifically the cover sung by Mafumafu. Super Nuko World. The Soramafu cover of it anyway. It's really cute! Mawaru Chikyuu Rondo. I like almost every version of this except the France version and the America version. Boys and Girls Chameleon Symptom. Once again the Mafumafu cover of the song because dang. Gradually Getting Faster.
