indeed so, yes.

Despite the downside of now being owned by a cheese company, Cadburys Dairy Milk is still one of the best milk chocolates available (some belgian ones are better of course, and for dark chocolates you are better off going to the swiss)

They have a bar in their "marvellous creations" range with jelly beans and popping candy.

I have no way to fully express how awesome this combo is.

That that I can see. I going assume Pop Rocks actually made the chocolate themselves. Maybe used Hershey's, but then again it has been awhile.
