Mane 6's Instruments

Hey everypony, I hadn't made a topic in a while and I was just thinking. If each of the mane six played an instrument... what would their instrument be? It can be any instrument that exists and is considered an instrument.

 

here are my thoughts.

Apple Jack: Acoustic Guitar

Fluttershy: Flute

Rainbow Dash: Electric guitar.

Rarity: Harp

Pinkie: One man band (obviously)

Twilight: Theremin

I like your idea.

I think that Twilight should play a Piano though...

I don't know why I just feel like it makes more sense for Twilight to play a nice sophisticated instrument.

Nice i like it, I love to draw, but i never color because somehow it ruins my drawing, but you on the other hand, made it work... so job well done!

i think tht should play the drums or the bell with her stong legs from bucken apples and i think fluttershy should the flute as u said and rainbow dash definatly electric rarity the harp and i think twilight should play the piano

Pinkie Pie is a one pony marching band. We have already seen this. Didnt we see Fluttershy playing an instrument at least once? I do not see rainbow dash playing an instrument -- it just takes too much time/effort. Twilight could theoretically be a closet musician but I find it unlikely with her being so busy with other pursuits. Applejack maybe -- I mean what do the ponies really do during the winter months -- especially the earth ponies who can't farm at that time? Rarity, I doubt it.

Well I really do not see twilight as playing the keyboard. If she did play an instrument of any kind it would probably be some ancient pony instrument of the harp family plucked with telekenisis and hidden in some drawer somewhere that nobody ever sees.

 

Of course if you really wanted to go for the lols you could have her be able to play the futurama holophoner. That would probably actually be quite twilights style. She would blow into it with her mouth but do the frets with her telekenesis and you would see the pictures form above the thing.
