Why can't you just go to rarity? Ask somepony or something where she is. If you've been waiting that long then freakin' do something. I doubt your OC would want to wait for hours would he?

Anyway I have a lone wandering OC whos heading south I need to deal with. Chances are he'll end up in Manehattan.

Guaranteed, as soon as I get to the concert hall, Rarity will have gone. And no other OCs will be there.

Perhaps he had a message to deliver to lady Rarity, though he would probably just be planning on dropping it off with the guards (the last messenger got killed).

Long Stride never served a house, he served to his own ends. When he felt there was nothing left here for him he simply left. Although he had no idea what he'll do once he reaches the city. Top points for pre-planning.

Ouch, that isn't nice.... I could perhaps help. I actually have Golden Dawn that can make an appearance... though it could get him in trouble as well since he is not a member of House Everfree.

Yeah, but Fluttershy is supposedly in a weakened state, and the Liege is unpredictable. He might just deem it not worth getting involved, if he doesn't consider the ponies of that room worthy.
